Flaunt Magazine, Diesel, and award winning chef Michael Voltaggio joined forces with us for a night of amazing food, delicious drinks, and well dressed people at Michael’s Los Angeles restaurant Ink, hosted by actress Leighton Meester
Guests were greeted with their choice of three different Stetson bourbon-based cocktails including a classic Stetson Bourbon Sour, a tasty Stetson Bourbon Sazerac, and a Black & Gold Sling in honor of Diesel’s Black Gold launch.

All night, staff sprung from the kitchen carrying irresistible curiosities like edible bouquets and smoked oysters that always delivered some unexpected array of flavors.



The restaurant’s otherwise modern, industrial atmosphere was offset by the glamour infused into the room by the likes of Dita Von Teese, Liz Goldwyn, and Ambyr Childers.

As guests were asked to sit down, it was hard not to be mesmerized by the panoramic view of the bustling kitchen as they added final touches to the dishes we were about to receive.





The main courses were a masterpiece – offering equally surprising combinations to enjoy. Blackberry gazpacho, prime beef short rib, Mediterranean turbot, and our personal favorite, the filet with potatoes that had been coated entirely in fine charcoal dust. Everything was wrapped up in a bow, ending with delectable caramelized desserts that incorporated our fine Kentucky Bourbon, naturally.
